All retainer packages are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. We earn your business every month — no long-term lock-ins, no exit fees.
Standard content turnaround is 5–7 business days from approved brief. Urgent requests can be expedited within 48 hours. Larger projects (brand identities, websites, video series) have project-specific timelines we'll outline upfront.
Every deliverable includes two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate. We collaborate closely from the start so most projects are dialed in by round one.

Traffel Media is an independent creative agency based in Boston, working with small businesses across the country. We build websites, brand identities, content, and paid campaigns for painters, bookkeepers, coffee roasters, independent creators, and the owners running their own thing — the people who are too often overlooked by larger agencies.
The agency began with a frustration Edward kept running into. Small businesses were being handed corporate-shaped retainers and sixty-page strategy decks for problems that simply needed someone to sit down, listen carefully, and do honest work. Good creative was being priced and packaged for companies ten times their size, while the businesses that needed it most were left to settle for templates. He started Traffel Media to close that gap — to give a five-person painting crew or a two-location bookkeeping firm the same standard of craft, attention, and clarity that the larger accounts take for granted.
That belief shapes how every engagement runs. There are no account managers standing between you and the people doing the work, no junior handoffs, and no jargon dressed up as strategy. Each project — the design, the copy, the build, every small detail — moves through the team from first conversation to final delivery. We stay close to the work, answer messages, hold our deadlines, and treat each business with the same care its owner brings to it every day.
